7. Free and Paid Plans

8. Payments and Billing

8.1 Pricing

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription → Cancel.

9.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel:

• Access continues until end of billing period
• No automatic renewal
• No partial refunds for unused time

9.5 EU Right of Withdrawal

• ❌ Create multiple accounts to evade limits
• ❌ Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• ❌ Scan illegal content (child abuse, terrorism, etc.)
• ❌ Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• ❌ Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

10.3 Rate Limits

We enforce rate limits to ensure fair use:

Exceeding limits may result in temporary blocking or account suspension.

11. Intellectual Property

• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Provide false information
• Engage in illegal activity

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access ends immediately (or at end of billing period)
• Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Provisions that should survive will survive (liability, IP, etc.)

15.4 Termination Notice

• For violations: We may terminate immediately
• For convenience: We will provide reasonable notice
• Account deletion: Takes effect within 30 days

16. Service Changes

We may modify the Service at any time, including:
